By accessing HackTrader you agree to use the service lawfully and understand that visualizations and market data may be imperfect, delayed, or unavailable.
These terms govern your access to and use of HackTrader, a market visualization product operated by Penguins LLC ("Company"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
HackTrader uses Google sign-in for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your HackTrader session. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Users must use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or resell any data, visualization, or output from the platform. Automated access beyond the API call limits of your subscription tier is not permitted.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free tier. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee regarding uptime, completeness, or accuracy of analytics, prices, or other information presented by the product. HackTrader may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
All visualizations, correlation data, levels, channels, and volume context displayed by HackTrader are informational only. They describe what is currently visible in the data and should not be treated as investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. HackTrader is not a signal service and does not recommend trades. Any trading decisions you make based on what you see in HackTrader are solely your own responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
All content, code, design, and branding associated with HackTrader are the property of Penguins LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@hacktrader.com.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time as the platform evolves. Continued use of HackTrader after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HackTrader shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
